Great for the Price Installed these in my Tacoma yesterday and it was fairly simple. Even though the rods do not fit snuggly in the seat's headrest holes makes them very loose they still work. You do have to be careful about the plug because if you pull up the headrest too far you can easily unplug them. I ended up taping them together so they would not pull apart too easily.The only downside to them is the volume is seems to be a little low but that may be some setting in my headunit I need to adjust. I turned them up all the way up it and it was not that loud but that might not be a bad thing either!Anyway they seem to be great for the price.
Not for car/trucks with active head rests If you have active head rests in your vehicle don't buy these because your airbag light will stay on and you lose the active head rests that are supposed to be enabled in your vehicle. In addition they are terrible head rests for our Dodge Durango because they don't come forward enough to actually use them. The LCD screens are fine and have good picture quality so the kids love them but they have absolutely zero function as a head rest. The only reason they got one star was because of the LCD quality. The leather is fine but the construction of the mounting components is poor at best.
Worthless The posts are minimally adjustable and so won't fit many cars. Attempting to adjust them caused a post to break due to cheap construction. Getting power requires wiring directly to your car's electrical system. The included wiring to do that is too short. Complete waste of money.
zaza kapanadze i am zaza i bought this headrest monitor set to quiet my kids in the back seat.very clean and clear picture i have it connected to the Pioneer AVHP4200DVD InDash DoubleDIN DVD Multimedia AV Receiver i also bought 2 of the SSL SHP One Pair of Wireless Headphones it works great.peace in the back seat.

Good Product Picture looks very good. Easy to install. My only complaint is that it only has one audio input. It has two video inputs but only av1 can have audio with it.
Great Price easy installation I purchased these to go with an in dash DVD player for my Explorer. The instructions were pretty sparse but once you started it was straight forward.To install them in your car you first need to make a decision about how you are going to run the wiring. They have a thin connector that connects to a base that includes wires for power ground 2 video analog inputs it wasn't clear to me which was AV1 and AV2 so I had to test them and the standard red/white analog input.I ended up cutting a small slit at the back bottom of my car seat as my car seat cover didn't easily come off and I had a deep seat pocket that covered it. Using a coat hanger I fished the headrest wiring thru one of the holes for the headrest down the back of the seat and out the slit.
Just effin buy it now. $120 bucks for two tv's already intalled in the freakin head rests. Enough said. They work great color is good on them they do everything they say. ONLY THINGS I DONT LIKE based on how mine are installed you cannot adjust the volume from the headrest tvs you must do it through your head unit. Wish they were touch screen.. and thats the only issues. Buy them.
