Tons of features This was a great amp to head up my sound system. I was mainly looking for a HU with 4v+ preamp'd out's. This one had it and more. It has so many cool features for controlling sub/amp and eq etc. I'm very please with it.
Great for the PRICE!! Got it for christmas last year and it's pretty good! I like it it's strong even before i put in my amp. It pumps good and easy to use . It's a great cheap Deck and for the price its one of the best i got it for a bout 70 on sale so that was awesome.The USB works great along with the front input. I really like the fact it has that so i can charge my MP3 player when i'm crusing down the road.
okay radio the radio is nice i've been havin a problem with it just cutting off unexpectedly. I change the fuse thats not blown and it works again. Don't know what thats about. Other than that very good radio when it works.
Greatness achieved! Pioneer hit a home run with this headunit!This replaced a head unit from another well respected manufacturer and this this Pioneer has made a huge difference in sound quality over my previous unit. Plenty of rms power but tons of room to expand with its three 4v preouts. Love all the soind shaping featuresit can pretty much make the worst compressed mp3 music file sound 5x better. Only thing Id change is making the display a bit larger but the display nice and clear and easy to read not to mention customizable so Im not sweating it too much.If you have the means to pick one of these up do it.
Good entry level radio Good entry level radio. Love the frontentry USB port. Makes it very easy to hook up iPods & iPhones.Controls and menus are a little wonky as they tried to go for a minimalist design with as few buttons as possible. It means you have to navigate through menus sometimes. But it comes with a remote that can simply some actions such as pausing.Overall it is a good stereo for the price.
Best Value Headunit Around Why would Pioneer quit making what I consider to be one of there best head units yet? I've installed other current Pioneer head units in this price range and they do not even compare to this one. The cheapest OEL display head unit they have now cost much more and has far less features than this one had. I'm glad I bought mine when I did about a year ago.
Worked for awhile Stereo works but after a few monthe it has started to switch to usb mode on its own. Have reset the stereo and it still does it.

I picked 4 stars for a reason. First of all i want to say everything it says it does it does. I screwed up when i was helping my uncle install this into my car i didn't ground the pink wire i just put tape over it HUGE MISTAKE because it has to be grounded to metal or else if you put a dvd in it just plays sound. Soo anyways the screen goes in and out pretty fast and it is really good quality it does greatly improve my stereo system and even tho i dont have subs i only have 300wat infinity speakers in the bak they do quite the bumping.
cheap for a reason installed in a 2004 saturn ion. no video features worked. couldn't get bluetooth to connect. the touchscreen lagged horrible it took 3 to 5 seconds to change the radio station or to switch from aux to radio to cd. i loved the look of it because it is flashy but the product itself hardly did anything it was advertised to do.

Great unit for price DVD backup camera radio I pod plus all the other functions which came with this unit. Something I have been wanting without spending $500 to enjoy. Recommended for the person who wants to spice up their options and keep up with the technology being placed inside vehicles into today's world. The backup camera was perfect for snow plowing this winter so far to be able to see directly behind me and get as close as I can to objects without damaging anything of mine or anyone else's.
defective item. The stereo says that it has lots of functions and most of them dont work!! i couldnt get the stereo to play a simple video!! its way too slow the stereo scratches itself all the time when the screen gets in and out of the stereo I have to push the buttons 3 to 6 times to get the screen out or in the control doesn't work from 2 feet away I have to point directly to the stereo inside the car no hopes to use it outside the car because it won't work! it's very fancy and everything but that's it. I don't need a stereo that it's slow and very defective. I am tremendously disappointed with you guys because the item does not performs many of the functions described on the item description.I am a regular customer of yours and none of my other items were defective like this stereo. I really like your service and products but if you don't fix this problem as soon as possible I might not buy from you guys anymore.I HONESTLY DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!Thanks for the taking the time to read my review.

mp3 player Junk. do not waste money or time with this does not come with cable to connect to PC even bought the cable $20 at micro center and still would NOT load/recognize the internal memory. eventually able to load some songs onto memory card and insert into player but still was terrible the buttons on the main unit did not work either. Seller did NOT ship in a protected envelope and as you can guess no instructions or customer support..
Not quite what I expected The product was shipped very promptly and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The quality of the modulator leaves a lot to be desired though. Spend more money for a better product.
I have problem downloading music into the MP3/4 Player. It does not have enough instruction to operate it. I wish I could return this item. The USB port provided is the smaller end of a Camera link. This make it impossible to play music you have saved on a disk drive. Another thing is that you can't download. When you connect the MP3 to a computer in order to download music in the equipment and utilize its memory the equipment indicate downloading but nothing actually register in it.

fm modulator The products mp3 adaptor is not universal. It will not fit most phones players or ipods. No universal jack. It fails to register in computer when usb port is plugged in and fails to download any music in its advertised hard drive. Arrives in mail with no manual or instructions. The usb adaptor provided is very short. I would not suggest anyone to purchase this product. It does not meet standards it is advertised as. I will attempt to return product. Good luck.
FM Transmitter Works well and easy to upload files directly to the device.Remembers frequency but does NOT remember the place in the song when disconnected.Have yet to use the remote since it is hardly necessary when you are right next to it in your car.Since it doesn't remember the place of the song it would be far cheaper to by a cheaper device and a SD card. Though it is somewhat handy to not have to worry about carrying a card or losing it.
4gb MP3 player with FM transmitter 2 out of 3 computers had trouble copying to this device. However my computer at home running Windows 7 had no problem. Once I started using it in the car it worked very well. I bought 2 one for me and one for my friend. one of the remotes did not work. In practice the remote in the car seems not to be useful or even needed.

Well worth the $$$ I got a great price on this unit and would highly reccomend it.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of a misunderstanding I had with it's ability to play DVD's. Maybe this was my fault for not reading close enough or asking questions but I assumed that since it had video outputs that my kids would be able to watch a DVD on a seperate monitor without having to be in PARK. I understood that you couldn't watch the main screen while the vehicle was in motion but what good does the drop down screen in the second row of my SUV do me if my kids can't watch their moveis while I drive? yes i know there is a way around the parking breakAnyways whatever the miscommunication this unit does what it says very well and is an excellent value.
JVC KWAVX710 This works awesome in my 2009 Ford Ranger. Installation is straight forward enough. My car's dash required some dremmeling in order to fit the unit. Touchscreen is responsive. I agree with other reviews that the screen can be rather bright during night driving. However for the price this unit can not be beat. I added sirius adapter sat. receiver and bluetooth. Everything works great with the exception of the Bluetooth Adapter which has terrible sound quality.
Completley dissappointed I have never been more dissappointed in a new toy than this stereo. I wish I could have my stock stereo and sattelite back. Unfortunatley I gave them away as soon as I got my new system installed.First the system seems like a good price but after you add up all the additional items needed to make it work it is quite expensive. My iPhone bluetooth audio skips and stops so often that it drives me insane to even make through one song. So I never use that cool little function. The blue phone adapter works though. Except the address book looks like it was designed by my second grader and is painstaking to navigate. So I end up using my phone to make outgoing calls and access my contacts.The ipod controls are a complete joke and again make it too frustrating to navigate. You just thought texting and driving were dangerous try navigating through a couple of thousand songs with this system. To make it worse when you finally get to a playlist to want it locks into the album of the song. So no matter how many songs you have on a playlist you get narrowed down to one album. In many cases my albums only have a few songs each. So after those songs it does not go to the next album in the playlist that would make too much sense. It stops or you have the option to repeat the same three songs over and over. Or you can start completley over from the beginning search. It is mind blowingly idiotic!!!!The graphics. there's a real joke. My 1982 Atari had better graphics.
Great Buy with some limitations I too bought this unit for $243.00 a true steal for a head unit with these features. I added the Sirius radio option and the Ipod control cord make sure you read which one it takes so you don't end up with 2 like I did! DVD player works great Ipop controller works great although mine doesn't seem to charge the Ipod. Overall this is a superior unit for the price which does bounce all over the board so be patient and look often. My one major complaint again this was my lack of reading and knowledge it doesn't have a dedicated subwoofer out line. I'm running 210 Type R's with 2500watt Alpine amps the unit will rock put I still have bass coming thru the other speakers. Make sure you read ALL the data. Overall the BEST most option packed unit on the market.
KWAVX710 This unit doesnt have a detachable faceplate as stated in the description! The first thing i was looking on a double din DVD Player was the detachable face! and now i have to sell this unit.
May not fit your car19952005 Crown Victoria. If you have a Crown Victoria from 19952005 don't buy this radio because it CANNOT fit. Use the Car Electronics Fitfinder to be sure this item will fit your car. and it stated that this stereo WOULD fit in the dash of my 1998 Crown Victoria interceptor. P71 Well I wish I had seen this first []which shows a full depth radio that works it is further down the pahe and gets shorter at the back to fit inside the cavity Ford left for the radio but even then beause the car electronics fitfinder said iti would fit I might have ordered it anyway. The ductwork inside the dash for the defogger gets in the way. There is no changeing it withtout taking a chainsaw to the dash and I am not doing that for any radio no matter how cool it seems.The moment the radio arrived I had car trouble. Voltage was spiking dangerously high and I did dare drive it. Not even to the reapair shop. So I drove my other car until the muffler fell off. That was a period of weeks. I thought I had time. Perhaps that is why there is no Leave seller feedback button on my review of the order on Amazon here. Funny how it appears on the order that is just a little OLDER than this one. I finally got the Crown Vic fixed at greater cost than this stereo and I started to attempt to install this radio by removeing the old one and taking it apart for the connector to make an adapter for the existing harness. Then I see that the DEPTH of the radio is far too much at the full height of the radio to ever fit in the dash without sticking out about four inches. I did try to fit it in. No dice. So now as I drive to and from work and on road trips I have a gaping hole in my dash where my old partially broken radio used to be which reminds me of a very expensive boat anchor on my hobby workbench.I cannot contact the seler I cannnot return it and I cannot use it without buying another car as if that is likely.All I am saying is buyer beware and if you have a Crown Victoria from 19952005 don't buy this radio because it CANNOT fit. There is no modification or fix.I think this will stop me from buying things on Amazon if not entirely for a good long time I should think. This is a lot fo money for something that you cannot use. I might have done better to have given the cash to a homeless person. In fact I think I might double my loss and try that someday.
